4 eggs
1 stick margarine, melted
6-oz. cottage cheese
1 cup sharp grated cheese
1 box Jiffy cornbread mix
1 box chopped broccoli, cooked and drained
1 small onion, finely chopped (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Grease 9 x 13 inch Pyrex dish. Mix all ingredients together and spread equally. Bake at 400 for 25 minutes. Freezes well.
