8 oz block of cream cheese

2 cups shredded cooked chicken (can used can!!!!)
3 diced green onions
1 cup chopped peanuts
1 cup shredded carrots
1 tsp. ginger
1 Tbsp. soy sauce
1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
1 clove garlic

1 jar sweet and sour sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Spread cream cheese as base in a pie pan.

Add remaining ingredients and put over the cream cheese.
RIght before serving add sweet and sour sauce. Serve with wheat thins.
