About 16 Graham Crackers
2 Sticks of Butter
1 Cup firmly packed Brown Sugar
1 teaspoon Vanilla
½ cup chopped Pecans

Directions:
Directions:
1. Break graham crackers apart at perforation and completely line a 12’ x 18’ pan with them.
2. Put butter and brown sugar in a pan, bring to a boil and boil 2 minutes, stirring constantly.
3. Remove from heat and add vanilla.
4. Pour over crackers in pan and cover top with chopped pecans.
5. Bake at 350 degrees 9 to 10 minutes.
6. Cool 10 minutes, then promptly remove cookies to a rack to cool. If cookies become difficult to remove from the pan, return pan to the oven for a minute to warm slightly.

I made these at Christmas time and added crushed up candy canes on top along with the nuts.
