4 Large Chicken Breast, cooked and shredded
1 bag frozen Vegetable Blend (Carrots, Broccoli, Caulifower)
1 jar Alfredo Sauce
1 pkg Oven Ready Lasagna noodles
1 container Cottage Cheese
3 eggs
Shredded Cheddar Cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400. In a small bowl mix cottage cheese and egg, set aside. In separate bowl mix frozen vegetables with alfredo sauce and vegetables. In a 13x9 layer: 1/2 vegetable mixture, 1/2 chicken, 1/2 cottage cheese mixture, shredded cheddar cheese, lasagna noodles, remaining vegetable mixture, remaining chicken, lasagna noodles, and cottage cheese mixture. Cover and bake until done (approx 45 minutes). Add a final layer of shredded cheese and bake until melted. Remove from oven and let set for about 15 minutes before serving.
