1-2 T. Masaman Curry
3 T. oil
2-3 tsp. salt
2-3 chicken breasts
can of coconut milk
4 T brown sugar
2 tsp fish sauce (I don't usually add this)
1 1/2 T of tamarind paste
One onion
3 potatoes (cube shape)
roasted peanuts
1/4 cup coconut flakes

Directions:
Directions:
1. Stir 1-2 T. Masaman Curry with 3 T. oil for 1.5 minutes
2. Add 150 g. of your favorite cut of meat (2-3 chicken breasts) and a can of coconut milk, 4 T. brown sugar, 2 tsp. fish sauce (I didn’t use any), 6 T. tamarind paste (I used 1 ½ T., but you don’t have to use this at all).
3. Add well cut onion, potatoes (cube shape), roasted peanuts (I didn’t add the peanuts).
4. Simmer on medium heat until boiled down (I did it until the potatoes were cooked. About 25-30 min.).

We had this over rice and then wrapped it up in our naan bread. It was so good! My friend did this in the crock pot even.
