1/2 box dark brown sugar
1 stick of real butter
1/2 cup Steen's Cane Syrup
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. vanilla extract
4 large or six small bananas, cut into pieces (I cut diagonally)
1/4 cup Banana Liquer
1 cup Rum
Vanilla Ice Cream (hard frozen)

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in large saute pan, add brown sugar and let dissolve. Add all but the last two ingredients and simmer for around 3 minutes softening bananas. Add banana liquer, stir and then add Rum (darken room) and light. Serve over vanilla ice cream that is quite hard.

For a large crowd double all ingredients. The Cane Syrup is what makes it "Cajun"!!! Be sure to turn off lights before igniting for best show.
