1 loaf of Vienna bread
2 large jars of mushrooms
10 oz Swiss cheese
2 sticks of butter, melted (really? yes!)
you could cut back on the butter a bit
2 Tbs minced onion
1 tsp. seasoning salt
1/2 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp dry mustard
poppy seeds

Directions:
Directions:
cut the bread from end to end (long ways) in an X
stuff the bread( and I mean stuff) with mushrooms and cheese. Melt butter and add remaining ingredients and pour over the bread into the cut X. Add poppy seeds over all of the goo.

Cook at 350 for 30-40 minutes!
