2 (15 oz.) cans black beans, rinsed
1 2/3 c. salsa, divided
10 (8 inch) flour tortillas
2 c. shredded Colby-Monterey jack cheese
1/3 c.sour cream
avocado or jalapeños, optional

Directions:
Directions:
In a bowl, mash the beans and 1 cup salsa
Place 5 tortillas on ungreased baking sheet
Spread bean mixture and sprinkle with cheese
Top with remaining tortillas
Bake at 350º for 15-18 minutes
Serve with sour cream and remaining salsa
