1 can shoepeg corn
1 can black beans drained
1 can Ro-Tell tomatoes
8 oz. pkg cream cheese (softened)
shredded cheddar cheese
Directions:

Mix 4 ingredients together
sprinkle shredded cheese on top

Bake until warm and cheese is melted
(10-15 min)
