1 1/2 pounds of ground beef (or a combination of beef and lamb)
2 cups of raw long grain rice
1 medium onion
3/4 cup olive oil
3 Tbs. dried mint
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
6 oz. tomato paste
2 pounds of grape leaves
1 large lemon

Directions:
Directions:
Mix first seven ingredients. Roll into grape leaves.. Place a layer of leaves on the bottom dutch oven pot. Place rolls in concentric circles tightly. Place leaves in between layers of rolls. Squeeze lemon in pot and fill with water and place a plate on top to keep roll from floating to top. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer 1- 1 1/2 hour or until done
