2 oz. chipped beef
2 T. butter
2 T. flour
1 c. milk
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
ground pepper
4 slices toasted bread

Directions:
Directions:
Cut beef into small pieces and cook in butter until edges frizzle. Push meat to one side. Blend flour into butter. Add milk all at once. Cook stirring constantly until thick and bubbly, incorporating chipped beef. Add Worcestershire sauce and a dash of pepper. Spoon over four slices of toast.
