Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef or ground turkey or sausage (or a combo of any)
Pasta (I like it with ziti or penne)
1-2 jars spaghetti sauce
6-8 oz ricotta or cottage cheese (or combo of both)
Parmesan cheese (opt)
1 lb. shredded mozzarella cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Brown the meat. Cook the pasta. In a large casserole dish combine everything (with half the amount of cheese). Sprinkle the rest of the cheese on top. Bake in 350 oven for 15 min or until cheese is melted. If you are making this ahead of time do not put the cheese on top. Cover with foil. Bake in oven at 350 for 25-30 min. Then put cheese on top. Bake for 15 min more until cheese is melted.
