6 oz. Cream cheese
1/2 c. Butter
2 tsp. Vanilla
4-5 c. Powdered sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Soften cream cheese and butter and mix together. Add vanilla and mic until light and fluffy. Slowly add 2 cups powdered sugar. Beat well. Gradually add 2 to 3 more cups of powdered sugar until desired viscosity.

When I am making it for Jessica, I double the cream cheese, because she loves cream cheese frosting!

if making for two round cakes to be stacked, double the recipe
