2 c. Flour
2 c. Sugar
1 tsp. Baking powder
1 tsp. Baking soda
1 tsp. Ground cinnamon
3 c. Finely shredded carrots
1 c. Oil
4 Eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Mix dry ingredients then add wet ingredients. Beat well. Grease and flour a 9x13 pan (or two 8 inch rounds) bake at 350 for 30-35 minutes for round pans or 35-40 minutes for 9x13 or until browned on top. Cool on wire racks.

After cooled, cover with generous amounts of cream cheese frosting!
