6 large,boneless,skinless chicken breasts
1 medium onion chopped
1 medium green pepper chopped
2(+)garlic cloves minced (to individual taste)
1Tablespoon olive oil
2 14oz.cans of Italian stewed tomatoes, undrained and chopped
1 15oz. can pinto beans, drained well
2/3 cup picante sauce (medium)
1 teaspoon chili powder, or more to taste
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1/2 teaspoon salt

Cut the chicken into 1/2" pieces. Saute the onion and green pepper (add more oil if needed to saute).
Remove with slotted spoon. Saute minced garlic. Add with green pepper and onion. Brown chicken a little at a time. Add more oil if needed. Add to cooked onion, pepper and garlic in a big bowl.
Add all other ingredients in a tall pasta pot or Dutch oven. Put beans in last. Cover pot, reduce heat and simmer 30 minutes.
