2 tbsp. butter, softened
3 tbsp. water
1 tsp. vanilla
2 cups powdered sugar
1/2 cup died milk
3 cups coconut
6 oz. semi sweet chocolate chips, melted

Directions:
Directions:
Mix butter, water and vanilla together. Add powdered sugar to butter mixture 1/2 cup at a time. Stir in coconut. Drop by teaspoonfuls and let stand 10 minutes. Melt chocolate chips and spoon on top of coconut balls. Cool. Freezes well.
