In large bowl, ,combine 1 can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk, four 3 1/2 oz cans flaked coconut, 1/3 c. strawberry flavored gelatin, 1 c. ground blanched almonds, 1 tsp. almond extract and enough red food coloring to tint mixture to a strawberry shade. Chill until firm enough to handle. Form small amounts (about 1/2 tsp) into strawberry shapes.

Sprinkle remaining gelatin into flat dish; roll each strawberry to coat. Use either slivered almonds tinted green or green decorator icing for stems. Place on baking sheet; refrigerate. Makes about 2 1/2 lbs.
