2 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. butter
1/2 tsp. salt
1 cup evaporated milk
1/2 c. miniature marshmallows
1 1/2 cups (9 oz) semi-sweet chocolate chips
2/3 c. chopped pecans
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Combine sugar, butter, salt & milk in large saucepan. Bring to a rolling boil over medium heat, stirring constantly. Boil & stir for 5 minutes. Remove from heat. Add marshmallows, chocolate chips, nuts & vanilla. Stir until marshmallows & chocolate are melted and smoothly blended. Pour into buttered 8" square pan. Cool before cutting. Makes about 2 lbs fudge.
