1 can cream of celery soup - undiluted 1 1/2 c. water 1 tbls. oleo 1 lb. Kielbasa - cut into 1/2" pieces 3/4 c. uncooked long grain rice 1 pkg. frozen peas and carrots 1 (4 1/2 oz.) jar or can drained sliced mushrooms 1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
In skillet, combine soup, water, and oleo. Bring to boil. Stir in rice, Kielbasa, vegetables, and mushrooms. Cover and simmer 15 minutes or until rice is tender. Sprinkle with cheese. Cover. Let stand. Serve.
