4 cups Chicken Broth
1 cup Half and Half
2/3 C. flour
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1/2 C. water
8oz. grated sharp cheddar cheese
1/2 tsp. onion powder
4 C. broccoli florettes

Directions:
Directions:
In a large non stick saucepan combine chicken stock, water, half and half, onion powder and pepper. Whisk to combine well and cook over medium heat until boiling. add cheddar cheese to mixture. Bring soup back to a boil over medium heat then reduce heat to low. Add Broccoli to soup and simmer 15 -20 minutes or until Broccoli is crisp tender stirring often. Serve with additional shredded cheese if desired.
