2 boxes Stouffer's Spinach Souffle (defrost in microwave)
1 large can of mushroom stems and pieces
1 frozen Deep Dish pie crust
8 oz. shredded Swiss cheese
1 small onion chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Saute mushroom pieces and onions with a little butter. Pierce the frozen pie shell several times with a fork. Put the mushroom pieces and chopped onion in the pie shell and cover with the shredded
Swiss cheese. Spread the two boxes of defrosted
Spinach Souffle over the cheese. Bake at 350 for
1 hour and 15 minutes.
