3pounds pork shoulder or pork butt or pork shoulder. trim off excess outer fat or skin
1 jar of LaVictoria thick Chile Verde Sauce

Directions:
3pounds pork shoulder or pork butt or pork shoulder. trim off excess outer fat or skin.
cube pork into bite size pieces. put in crock pot add 1 jar of LaVictoria Thick Salsa Verde.cook for 4 to 6 hours at low setting. season with salt and pepper. If sauce is too thin You can put a corn tortilla in food processor and add to sauce and it will thicken sauce.
Serve with warm flour tortillas
