2 Heads Romaine Lettuce
3/4 c sliced Almonds or Pecans
Blueberries or Strawberries
Goat Cheese (optional)

1/4 c vinegar
1/2 c white sugar
1 c vegetable oil
1 tsp salt
1/2 c chopped red onion
1 tsp dry mustard
2 tbsp water

Directions:
Directions:
For dressing, in a blender mix vinegar, sugar, oil, salt, onion, mustard and water. Store in refrigerator until ready to use (best to make a few hours before serving)

Dressing will keep for 4 - 5 days.
