2 cups macaroni, cooked
6 tbsp. butter
1/4 cup flour
3 tbsp. chopped onion
1 tsp. yellow mustard
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. white Worcestershire
1 tsp white balsamic vinegar
1 tbsp. white cooking wine
1 cup Velveeta cheese
3 cups cheddar or your choice of cheese
Paprika
Enough milk to make medium sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter and saute onion in butter. Add flour and cook a few minutes. Add milk and spices and cook until thick. Add Velveeta cheese and 2 cups of cheese until melted. Pour over cooked macaroni. Top with remaining cheese and paprika. Bake at 375º in a 9 x 13 dish until hot and bubbly.
