6 small tomatoes
1/2 C. olive oil
4 cloves garlic, crushed
1/4 C, diced jalapeņo peppers
3/4 C. cilantro, chopped
3 T. lime juice
1 1/2 t. chili powder
3/4 tsp. white pepper (substitute black if you do not have white)
3/4 tsp. salt
6 oz. feta cheese, crumbled
8 T. pine nuts, toasted
12 oz. bow tie pasta
1 1/2 c. chopped grilled chicken (or any type of chicken)

Directions:
Directions:
Combine the first nine ingredients in a large bowl. Cook pasta and drain. Mix with tomato mixture. Add cheese, pine nuts and chicken. Serve warm. (Also very delicious cold the following day for leftovers.)
