Ingredients:  
1 C. celery
1 C. onion
2 T. butter
3 1/2 C. water
3 chicken bouillon cubes
4-5 diced potatoes (peeled)
3-4 carrots peeled and chopped
1 head of broccoli (or frozen pkg.)
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 lb. velveeta cheese, cubed

Directions:
Directions:
Saute the celery and onion in the 2 T. butter. Add the water, bouillon cubes, potatoes, carrots and broccoli. Cook until broccoli is soft, then add the 2 cans of cream of chicken. Add the velveeta and stir until all is melted and mixed in.
