1 cup butter
1 1/2 cup sugar
2 tsp. cream of tartar
1 tsp. soda
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
2 3/4 cup flour
Frosting:
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
3-4 tsp. milk
1 cup powdered sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients and chill 1 hour. Roll into 1" balls and cook on ungreased sheet at 375 for 8-10 minutes. Frost.
