Pasta
1 box (16 oz) rotini pasta
3 - 5 cups cooked chicken, diced
medium yellow onion, diced
2 cups celery, diced
1 cup chopped toasted chopped walnuts (add right before serving)
2 1/2 cups seedless red grapes

Dressing
2 cups mayonnaise
1/8 cup lemon juice
1/4 cup dijon mustard
1 cup heavy cream
1 Tbsp dried thyme leaves
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Cook pasta according to package. Drain, rinse and cool.
In a large bowl, mix pasta ingredients (add walnuts right before serving).
In a separate bowl, combine and mix dressing ingredients.
Add dressing to pasta mixture. Chill and serve.
