Storebought sugar cookie dough
Tub of Cool Whip
Assorted fresh fruits:
kiwis (peeled and sliced), strawberries (sliced), blueberries, blackberries, bananas (peeled and sliced), peaches (peeled and sliced)

Directions:
Directions:
For crust: on a lightly greased pizza pan, evenly roll out sugar cookie dough (or spread with hands). Bake at 350º, for 10 minutes or until golden. Cool.

Spread cooled crust with cool whip, add sliced fruits. Keep refrigerated until serving.

This is an easy and delicious dessert to bring to a summer get-togther. To do ahead, bake crust the day before, using a disposable aluminum pan. Add the fruit just before serving. Sprinkle peaches and bananas with lemon juice, so they won't brown as quickly.
