1/2 cup margarine, softened
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 cup sour cream
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 cup flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
Topping:
1/2 cup sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 cup chopped walnuts
2 T. flaked coconut

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs, 1 at a time, beating well after each. Add sour cream and vanilla, mix well. Combine flour, baking soda, and salt. Add to creamed mixture and mix well. Spread 1/2 into greased 9 x 9 pan. Combine topping ingredients. Sprinkle 1/2 over batter. Spread remaining batter on top. Sprinkle with remaining topping. Swirl gently with knife. Bake at 350 for 35-40 minutes or until toothpick inserted in middle comes out clean. Cool.
