8 oz. cream cheese
1/2 c. powdered sugar
caramel topping
Heath Bar Milk Chocolate Toffee Bits or mini chocolate chips
apples for dipping
Directions:
Directions:
Mix softened cream cheese and powdered sugar and spread on plate. Spread a layer of caramel on cream cheese mixture and top with Heath Bar Milk Chocolate Toffee Bits or mini chocolate chips.
Serve with sliced apples for dipping.
