2 pkgs. yeast
2 1/2 cups warm water
3/4 cup soft margarine
3/4 cup sugar
2 eggs
8 to 8 1/2 cups flour
2 1/2 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Soften yeast in warm water. Add margarine, sugar, eggs, 4 cups flour and salt. Stir and beat until smooth. Stir in remaining flour. This will be a soft dough. Cover tightly and store in refrigerator. When ready to use, punch down dough and shape into rolls. Let rise until double-up to 2 hours. Cover remaining dough and put back in refrigerator. Will keep up to 1 week.
