3 c. flour
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. butter
11/2 c. flour
1 c. white sugar
1 c. quick oats
pinch of salt
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. orange juice
3 T. flour

Directions:
Directions:
Combined 11/2 c flour 1 c. brown sugar and salt 1 c. quick oats ,cinnamon in a bowl. Stir in 1 c. melted butter into large crumbles. In a 13x9in glass or ceramic. pan place chopped rhubarb,combine white sugar ,flour sprinkle over the top of rhubarb . Pour orange juice over that.Scatter the crumble over the rhubarb.Bake in a preheated 375 degree's until golden and bubbly, 45 minutes. serve with whipped cream.
