16 – 20 large mushrooms
6 slices bacon
¼ cup minced onion
¼ cup bread crumbs
½ teaspoon salt
⅛ teaspoon pepper
1 cup sour cream
¼ teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Clean the mushrooms & remove the stems. Chop the stems and set aside. Place the mushroom caps in a greased shallow baking pan. Brown the bacon in a skillet. Crumble the bacon and set aside. Saute the onion and and mushroom stems in the bacon drippings in the skillet until tender, drain well. Mix the onion mixture, bread crumbs, bacon, salt, pepper, sour cream and Worcestershire sauces in a bowl. Soon in the caps and bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
