Ingredients:  
1 can (20 oz.) pineapple tidbits, drained
1 can (16 oz.) peach slices, drained
1 can (11 oz.) mandarin oranges, drained
1 medium apple, chopped
1 pkg. (3.4 oz.) instant vanilla pudding mix
1 and cups whole milk
1/3 cup frozen orange juice concentrate
cup sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
In a large salad bowl, combine fruits. In a small mixing bowl, beat pudding mix, milk and orange juice for 2 minutes. Add sour cream and mix well. Pour over fruit and toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate.

(You can add 2 bananas if you would like)
