2 oz Buttermilk ,
1 Cup of Frying Flour ,
1,5 oz Cocktail sauce ,
1.3 tartar sauce ,
1 Parsley Spring.

Directions:
Directions:
Put the Calamari in a small bowl, add the buttermilk and mixed until all the Calamari is coated, add the frying flour making sure that is completely cover with the flour and put it into the fryer and cook it for 1 minute and 30 seconds at 350 degrees, without being disturb to avoid the falling of the breading,. let it sit for few seconds and transfer it in a save a day to collect the rest of grease and plate it serve with cocktail sauce and tartar sauce, and garnish with a spring of parsley. serve immediately.
