6 c. water
2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. quick cooking grits
3/4 stick margarine or butter
1 lb. Velveeta cheese ( regular or Mexican for a little kick)
3 eggs, slightly beaten

Directions:
Directions:
Bring salted water to a boil. Add grits and cook according to package directions. Remove from heat; add butter and Velveeta, stirring until melted. Slowly stir in eggs and mix thoroughly. Pour into greased 13x9x2" pan and bake @ 300º for 90 minutes.
