2 cups cooked pumpkin, squash or sweet potatoes
1 cup brown sugar, packed
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. ginger
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg or 2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
1 cup evaporated milk
1 cup water
2 eggs, well beaten
2 unbaked 9 inch pie shells

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients and pour into pie shells. Preheat oven to 400º, bake for 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 350º and bake for 45 minutes more. Center should be firm when shaken.
