1 3/4 C. flour
1/2 c. sugar
2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt

1 well beaten egg
1/2 c. milk
1/3 c. vegetable oil or melted butter

1 c. blueberries or raspberries
2 Tbsp. sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Sift together the dry ingredients. Mix the egg, milk and oil together. Make a well in the center of the flour mixture and add the liquids all at once. Lightly toss the berries and 2 Tbsp. sugar and gently fold into the batter.

Grease muffin tins. Fill 2/3 full and sprinkle with sugar on top.

Bake at 400º for 20-25 minutes
