3 c. sifted cake flour
6 lg eggs (room temp)
2 sticks butter (Land o Lake) salted (room temp; remove 1 tsp)
3 c. sugar
1 pt whipping cream
1 tsp. pure lemon extract
1 Tbsp. pure vanilla extract

DO NOT PREHEAT OVEN
16x4x41/2 " pan or 2 bundt pans

Cream butter then add sugar 1 c. at a time. Add eggs 1 at a time. Add flour and whipping cream alternately ending with whipping cream. Add lemon and vanilla. Pour into greased and floured pan. Place in cold over. Bake @ 300º for 1 3/4 - 2 hours.
