8 ounces cream cheese
1/4 cup sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
1 egg
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
Beat all ingredients in small mixer bowl, scraping bowl occasionally, about 2 minutes.
Easy Cheesy Fudge Brownies:
Cream Cheese Filling (above)
1 cup butter
4 squares (1 oz. ea.) unsweetened chocolate
2 cups sugar
4 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 cups unbleached flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 cup coarsely chopped nuts

Heat oven to 350º. Grease square pan, 9x9x2 inches. Prepare cream cheese filling. Heat butter and chocolate in small saucepan over low heat, stirring occasionally, until melted; cool. Beat chocolate mixture, sugar, eggs, and vanilla in large mixer bowl on medium speed, scraping bowl occasionally, about 1 minute. Beat in flour and salt on low speed, scraping bowl occasionally, about 1/2 minute. Beat on medium speed about 1 minute. Stir in nuts. Spread 1/2 of the dough in pan; spread with cream cheese filling. Gently spread remaining dough over cream cheese filling. Gently swirl through dough with a spoon in an over-and-under motion for marbled effect. Bake until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean, 55 to 65 minutes. Cool; cut into bars, about 1 1/2x1 inch. 48 bars.
