1 1/2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
3/4 tsp. cinnamon
3/4 c. shortening
1 egg
1 c. mashed bananas
1 3/4 c. oats
1/2 c. chopped walnuts

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, soda, salt, nutmeg & cinnamon. Cut in shortening until texture is like a coarse corn meal. Add egg and remaining ingredients. Beat until thoroughly blended. Bake at 400 for 15 minutes.
