1 (41/2 ounce) can of shrimp
1 (3oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
4 tbsp. mayonnaise
1 small finely grated/chopped onion
Tabasco sauce, to taste
Couple of dashes of lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
Cut shrimp into tiny pieces with tines of a fork. Add softened cream cheese, grated onion. and mayonnaise. Mix well to get out the lumps of cream cheese. Add Tabasco sauce and lemon juice to taste.

You can make this ahead of time and the flavors will blend. Yield 4 to 6 servings. You can double the recipe.
