6 C Chicken broth
1/4 tsp black pepper
2 cloves garlic
8 cups chopped broccoli
4 large potatoes sliced
1 1/4 C milk
1/4 C grated Parmesan Cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Mix broth, pepper, garlic, broccoli, potatoes & onion in kettle.
Heat to a boil.
Cover and cook over low heat 15 minutes or until vegetables are done.
Remove from heat.
Mash or blend until smooth.
Return to pan.
Stir in milk and cheese, and heat through.
