Ingredients:
Ingredients:
7 oz. water
1 T butter
2¼ c. bread flour
2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. sugar
2 tsp. active dry yeast
8 oz. (approx) cheese (jalapeno or Monterey Jack with jalapenos)
2 - Habanero peppers
2 chili peppers

Directions:
Directions:
Remove seeds from peppers and chop very fine. (Use gloves to handle hot peppers.) If you like the extra heat, leave in the seeds. Chop cheese into ¼" cubes. I use a bread machine for mixing this recipe. I haven't tried it without the bread machine, but I do think it would work with the normal preparation of kneading the dough by hand. Pour water into bread machine, add melted butter, bread flour, sugar, salt, and yeast. Set bread machine to "dough" setting. When the machine beeps to tell you when to add ingredients, add the chopped peppers. After the final rise by the bread machine, remove dough and knead in the cheese cubes. Roll dough into a loaf shape and put in a well greased loaf pan. Let rise about 30 min. Preheat oven to 350º. Bake for 30-35 min. Remove from pan; cool on rack.
