3 Boneless Chicken Breasts (6 pieces total)
6 Slices of Canadian Bacon
6 Slices of Swiss Cheese
1 Cup Whipping Cream
1 Cup Milk
Oregano
6 Tbs Flour
4 Tbs Butter or Margarine

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in saucepan, stir in flour to smooth paste. Remove from heat. Add, slowly, milk and whipping cream, return to heat. Cook until thickened.

Place bacon in Pyrex cooking dish. Place chicken on top of each piece of bacon. Pour sauce over chicken, sprinkle with oregano. Cover each piece of chicken with cheese slice. Bake, uncovered, at 375 degrees for 50 minutes. Do not overcook. Let sit for a few minutes before serving.
