Directions:
Sprinkle a thin layer of bread crumbs on bottom of baking dish. Place chicken pieces on the bread crumbs. Season the chicken and then generously sprinkle bread crumbs over all chicken pieces. Bake at 350 for about an hour and 15 minutes.

This is a very easy way to bake chicken. I like to use thighs but any chicken pieces will work just as well. It turns out so yummy and moist. I got this recipe from Anne probably in the '80's.
