1 1/2 lb. hamburger
2 T. chili powder
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/4 tsp. salt
1 can Hunts tomato paste
1 can beans
water

Directions:
Directions:
Brown hamburger - about 15 minutes. Add chile powder, garlic salt, and salt; cook 15 minutes longer. Add tomato paste, cook 10 minutes. Add beans and water (as desired). Simmer for 20 minutes.

This was Daddy's favorite chili and Mom and Aunt Violet's big secret. Daddy did NOT like garlic and would NOT eat anything with garlic in it .
