2 baked pie shells
1 cup sugar
2/3 c. flour
3 pinch salt
4 egg yolks
2 cups milk
1 teasp vanilla
1 teasp. lemon
2 T. butter
2/3 c. coconut

Directions:
Directions:
Blend sugar, flour, cocoa, salt, add egg yolks and milk and cook until thick then add extracts and coconut.
Pour into baked pie shells and add meringue if desired.
