2 baked pie shells
2 cups sugar (scant)
2 T. flour
2 heaping T. cocoa
pinch of salt
3 cusp milk
4 egg yolks
lump o butter
1 teasp. flavoring
Directions:
Directions:
Blend sugar, flour, cocoa, salt add egg yolks and milk and cook until thick then add extracts.
Pour into baked pie shells and add meringue if desired.
